WealthVest was founded by Bhavesh Shah in 2019 after spending a decade helping Australians navigate lending, property and wealth creation.
From 2009 to 2019, Bhavesh built extensive experience in mortgage and finance broking, helping hundreds of clients secure finance and structure lending solutions across all stages of their investment journey.
During that time, he identified a recurring problem. Many investors had access to finance, property opportunities, accountants, solicitors and other professionals — but very few had a clear strategy connecting everything together.
Important financial decisions were often made in isolation. Lending was structured without considering future scalability. Properties were purchased without a long-term portfolio plan. As portfolios grew, so did complexity.
Bhavesh recognised that successful wealth creation required more than simply securing finance or acquiring property. It required strategy, structure, coordination and ongoing alignment.
